About

I am on the graduate faculty of the Capella University School of Business and Technology, where I develop and teach courses in leadership and team leadership. I guide dissertators as a doctoral mentor and as a faculty member at Dissertation Writers’ Retreats.

I am a researcher and writer with interests in emerging approaches to collaboration and leadership in a digital world. I am also interested in e-learning approaches that develop these e-leadership skills, as well as e-research approaches for studying them.

I practice what I teach through Vision2Lead, Inc. as a consultant and active presenter of webinars and workshops.

In addition, I am involved with the arts in several ways: I am a reviewer for the Colorado Creative Industries, serve as chair of the Boulder Arts Commission and am on the Board of Directors for the Dairy Center for the Arts.
