How can you use virtual focus groups?

I was a panelist– virtually– for “Using Virtual Focus Groups in Distance Learning & Online Environments in Distance Learning & Online Environments,” a panel at the American Library Association conference. I discussed ways to use online meeting spaces for interactive focus groups. I demonstrated use of visual communication and visual collaboration in online focus groups.
